M-6 motorway

Introduction : -

The abriviation of M- 6 is.  "motorway number 6 "

All the motorways like M1 , M2 and others are the part of    CHINA PAKISTAN ECONOMIC CORRIDOR that is.        CPEC

Route : -

The M6 motorway will be started from Sukkur and will ends in Hyderabad . 

In other words it will start from M5       ( Multan - Sukkur ) and will goes to M9  ( Hyderabad - Karachi )

Length : -

The distance between Sukkur and Hyderabad is of about 378 KMs if we travel by " National Highway of Pakistan " . But M6 is a great shotcut or bypass between Sukkur and Hyderabad 

The distance is now remained of about 296 KMs in traveling time of 1.6 hours instead of 3.2 hours

This motorway contains 243 underpasses , 15 interchanges , 89 bridges 

It is 6 lane motorway like M5

It's length is about 306 KMs

It is constructed by National Highway Authority

Budget : -

On 16 , July , 2020 the advisor of CPEC advised to Prime minister to start construction of M6

According to Chair Man CEPEC Authority " Asif Saleem bajwa " PM   " IMRAN KHAN " has registered the amount of. $1.7 billions

It is expected that in 2021 the M6 will be completed in Octuber
